扩张型心肌病的超声心动图及心电图检查价值探讨

目的探讨二维超声心动图与心电图检查在扩张型心肌病治疗、评估预后中的临床价值。方法使用PHILIPSHD7超声诊断仪,取胸骨旁左室长轴切面,获得标准图像后测量各个房室腔内径、室壁厚度,观察活动幅度,有无附壁血栓;用心电图及24h动态心电图记录12导联心电图及各种心律失常和传导阻滞,对室性心律失常进行分级。结果超声心动图显示全心扩大64.1%,左房室增大32.8%,单纯右室增大3.1%;心电图显示异常改变约90%,以室性心律失常发生率最高,达62.5%,主要表现为心肌损害、心房纤颤、各种传导阻滞以及合并其他改变。结论二维超声心动图和心电图不仅是扩张型心肌病重要的检查方法,而且还可以加强高危患者的监护,对指导治疗、评估预后具有极其重要的价值。

Diagnosis value of Dilated cardiomyopathy ultrasound heartbeat graph and electrocardiogram

Objective To investigate the clinical value of two-dimensional ultrasound heartbeat graph and electrocardiogram in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy,and assessment of prognosis.Methods Using PHILIPS HD7 ultrasonic diagnostic instrument,we took the parasternal long-axis plane,and accessed to standard image measurement of the real,interior diameter,wall thickness,the range of activities,there was no mural thrombus;ECG and 24h dynamic electrocardiogram record 12 lead electrocardiograms and cardiac arrhythmia and conduction block,ventricular arrhythmias were grading.Results Ultrasound heartbeat graph display fully expanded 64.1,left atrioventricular increases 32.8,pure right ventricular enlargement 3.1,ECG showed abnormal change about 90,incidence of ventricular arrhythmias is highest,amount to 62.5,myocardial damage,atrial fibrillation,various conduction and combined with other changes.Conclusion ultrasound heartbeat graph and dilated cardiomyopathy electrocardiogram was not only important inspection method,but also could strengthen the high-risk patients with care,for the guidance of treatment,assessment of prognosis has the extremely important value.
