利奈唑胺治疗48例革兰阳性球菌感染的疗效分析

目的探讨利奈唑胺治疗革兰阳性球菌感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法将96例感染革兰阳性球菌的患者随机分为利奈唑胺组和万古霉素组,每组48例。2组在一般治疗的基础上接受抗感染治疗,分别静滴利奈唑胺和万古霉素,观察2组疗效及其安全性。结果利奈唑胺治疗组显效率为85.4%,不良反应发生率为6.25%;万古霉素组显效率为66.67%,不良反应发生率为20.8%,2组差异有显著性P(<0.05)。结论利奈唑胺治疗重症患者的革兰阳性球菌感染疗效确切,不良反应较少。

Efficacy of Linezolid in treatment of 48 patients with gram-positive cocci infections

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Linezolid in Treatment the Gram-positive oocci Infections.Methods Ninety-six patients who were infective of gram-positive cocci are randomly divided into two groups,Linezolid group and Vancomycin group,48 patients respectively,observing the efficiency and safety.Results The treatment group efficacy rate was 85.4%,and adverse reaction rate was 6.25%;the control group efficacy rate was 66.7%,and adverse reaction rate was 20.8%.There were significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Linezolid could provide conspicuous effectiveness in treatment of gram-positive cocci infection in ICU,causing less adverse reaction.
