| 摘 要： | 目的探讨持续性异位妊娠（PEP）的诊治方法和预防措施。方法将输卵管妊娠行腹腔镜下输卵管保守性手术,排除患有其他疾病的患者90例分为A组（早期病例）、B组（近期病例）。A组单纯行保守性手术,术后用氨蝶呤（MTX）补充治疗;B组保守性手术加术中MTX25mg患侧输卵管病灶局部注射,术后米非司酮150mg补充治疗。结果 A组术后14d发生PEP8例,发生率为18.2%;B组术后14d无PEP发生。结论腹腔镜手术术中常规输卵管妊娠局部注射MTX联合术后米非司酮口服及手术技巧可有效避免PEP的发生。术前、术后监测血β-HCG是防治PEP的重要手段。

| Abstract: | Objctive To summarize the clinical data on the treatment and preventive measure of persistent ectopic pregnancy(PEP).Methods 90 patients with tubal pregnancy after laparoscopic conservation operation were divided into two groups.A group got injection of methotrexate(MTX) after operation.B group got injection of MTX into tubal together with medicine treatment after operation.Results A group had 8 cases of PEP,which was 18.2%,No case occurred in B group.Conclusion Laparoscopic conservative operation details with MTX local injection and medicine treatment can effectively prevent PEP.Serum-HCG is effective subsidiary treatment for early diagnosis. |
