| 摘 要： | 目的探讨神经节苷酯治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效。方法将68例高血压性脑出血患者随机分为2组,研究组应用神经节苷酯100mg/d,对照组应用胞二磷胆碱0.75g/d,2组均用药3周,观察2组疗效。结果观察组总有效率（76.5%）明显高于对照组（58.8%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论神经节苷酯治疗高血压性脑出血可以促进神经功能恢复,改善预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of ganglioside in improving the neurological function in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Sixty-eight patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into 2 groups,ganglioside group(34 patients)and control group(34 patients),ganglioside group used ganglioside(100mg) mixed with sodium chloride injection,and the control group used citicoline(0.75g) mixed with same injection.The responses of two groups were observated.Results The total effective rate of ganglioside group was 76.5%,in the control group was 58.8%,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganglioside can promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the prognosis of the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. |
