布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿急性喉炎疗效分析

目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿急性喉炎的临床疗效。方法将47例急性喉炎患儿随机分为吸入布地奈德组（治疗组）29例和地塞米松组（对照组）18例。2组均采用综合治疗,观察组加用布地奈德雾化吸入,对照组加用肾上腺皮质激素,观察2组症状缓解消失时间。结果治疗组在缓解声嘶、犬吠样咳嗽、喉鸣、呼吸困难的时间与对照组有明显差异（P〈0.05）,治疗组症状改善较明显。结论布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿急性喉炎能有效缓解喉部炎症,解除喉梗阻,缩短病程,临床疗效优于应用肾上腺皮质激素。

The analysis of effect of inhaling Budesonide on children with acute laryngitis

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of inhaling Budesonide on children with acute laryngitis.Methods Forty-seven cases of acute laryngitis were divided into two groups randomly and treated with combining therapy.The treatment group(n=29)inhaled Budesonide while the comparison group(n=18)treated with systemic corticosteroids.The time of synptoms and signs persisted after therapy were compared.Results Significant differences were found in reducing the hoarseness,yipping cough,ruckle and breathing difficuity in the 2 groups.The effects of treatment group were Significantly better than the control group.Conclusion Inhaling Budesonide for children with acute laryngitis can reduce throat inflammation,relieve throat block,and shorten the course of the disease.The clinical effect is significantly superior to that of corticosteroids.
