论中药质量评价模式的创新

摘    要:目前主要依据现代分析手段诸如IR、LC-MS、NMR等对单一指标成分含量测定或建立指纹图谱以及对化学成分进行定性定量分析的化学表征,以及对药物体内代谢成分谱进行表征评价中药质量。本文从质量的本质内涵入手,认为中药质量应该从化学属性和生物属性两个层次评价。提出了以中医药理论为依据,中药的化学表征和药理效应的生物表征相结合的中药质量评价模式

Abstract:Herb quality is evaluated through single composition quantity test,fp,qualitative and quantitative analysis of chemical composition and metabonomics of herbs by modern analysis methods such as IR,LC-MS,and NMR.This paper thinks herb quality should be evaluated at two levels,chemical attribute and biological attribute.Herb quality evaluation pattern which combines chemical attribute of herb and biological attribute of pharmacological effect on the basis of TCM theory was mentioned in the paper.
