腰椎板切除术后腰脊膜假性囊肿成因及治疗的探讨

目的：进一步探讨腰椎板切除术后腰脊膜假性囊肿的成因及治疗方法。方法：以囊壁直接缝合、缝合加局部填塞、waisman's保守疗法、筋膜瓣或生物瓣修补后局部填塞四种术式进行效果对比。结果：单纯直接缝合2例均复发，缝合加局部填塞4例中1例复发，waisman's法治疗1例失败，综合疗法7例均一期治愈。结论：经三年以上随访证实，综合疗法治疗效果最佳。

Objective: To investigate the cause and the treatment of pseudocyst of lumbar mater after lumbar laminectomy Method: Fourteen cases of patients were operated with direct suture, Suture with local stuff, Waisman's method and tendon pedicd of biopedicel repair with local stuff Results: After 3 years of followed-up, both of the 2 cases with direct suture, 1 one of the 4 coses with suture and local stuff and 1 case with Waisman's method recurred, while 7 cases by synthetic methods recovered Conclusion: The synthetic method is most effective in the treatment of pseudocyst of lumbar mater after lumbar laminectonmy
