| 摘 要： | 近年来腹腔镜技术在泌尿外科手术中的应用发展迅速,腹腔镜根治性肾切除已成为肾癌根治的标准术式,但对于直径<4 cm的早期肾癌,腹腔镜保留肾单位手术逐渐被认可与应用,其在切除肿瘤的同时保留了患侧残肾肾单位及功能。虽然存在缝合困难及肾脏热缺血时间较长等问题,但是随着腹腔镜技术与器械的发展及术者操作水平的提高,腹腔镜保留肾单位手术将拥有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | The development of laparoscopic surgical technology in urological surgeries is rapid in recent years.Laparoscopic radical nephrectomy has been regarded as the standard operation.But for the early stage of renal carcinoma with diameter less than 4cm,laparoscopic nephron sparing surgery(LNSS)is accepted and applied gradually.It can excise the carcinoma while keeping the nephron and function of residual kidney.Although there are problems such as laparoscopic suture and warm-ischemia period,with the improvement of laparoscopic surgical technology,surgical instruments and operators'experience,a wide application of LNSS is expected in the future. |
