667例老年住院患者医院感染病例调查

目的了解老年患者医院感染特点,分析危险因素,研究防控对策。方法采用前瞻性与目标性调查相结合方法,对本医院60岁以上老年住院患者医院感染病例进行了调查。结果共调查该医院老年住院患者5 685例,发生医院感染患者667例,医院感染率为11.73%。医院感染患者科室分布居前三位的是神经内科、心血管内科和肾内科。感染部位居前三位的是呼吸道、泌尿道和血液系统。老年患者医院感染主要危险因素是侵入性操作。结论住院老年患者医院感染发生率较高,减少侵入性操作和加强无菌操作及消毒隔离为有效防控措施。

INVESTIGATION OF 667 CASES ELDERLY HOSPITALIZED PATIENTS WITH NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION

Objective To understand the characteristics of the senior patients′ nosocomial infection(NI) and to analyze the risk factors of NI in order to provide effective preventions and control countermeasures.Methods Prospective investigation and target combination methods were used to observe the characteristics of 60 years or elder patients in our hospital.Results Totally 5 685 cases of elderly patients in hospital were investigated.NI occurred in 667 cases with the NI rate of 11.73%.The top three departments of NI distribution were neurology,the cardiovasology and the urology department.The infection parts in the top three separately were respiratory tract,urinary tract and blood system.In addition,NI was also related with invasive operation.The major risk factor for elderly patients with NI was invasive operation.Conclusion The NI rate of hospitalized elderly patients is high.Reducing invasive operation and strengthening the asepsis operation and disinfection isolation are the effective preventions and control measures.
