快速酶免疫法与粪检法检测华支睾吸虫病的比较分析

目前，华支睾吸虫的诊断主要依靠快速酶免疫诊断试剂盒和粪检，为对这二种方法进行比较，选３５６名学生，同时进行血清学抗体和粪便虫卵的检测，抗体阳性率８．７１％（３１／３５６），虫卵阳性率８．１５％（２９／３５６），二者无显著性差异，其中二法均阳性２６例，阳性符合率８９．６６％，二法均阴性３２２例，阴性符合率９８．４７％，总符合率９７．７５％，表明快速酶免疫法与粪检法作为诊断华支睾吸虫病的二种不同的检测

The Comparison and Analysis of Fast - ELISA and Stool Methods Examining Clonorchiasis sinensis

At present, the diagnosis of clonorchiasis sinensis mostly depend on the methods of both Fast - ELISA diagnostic kit and egg of stool examination. In order to compare and analyse the two methods, 356 students were picked out and examined with both egg of stool and the antibody of sera. The antibody positive rate was 8. 71 percent, and the egg positive rate was 8. 15 percent. It suggested that difference in them was not significant. Among the examined students, 26 were positive and 322 were negative. Therefore, the coincidental positive rate of the two methods were 89. 66 percent, the negative were 98. 47 percent, and the total rates were 97. 75 percent. the results showed that there was no significant difference between the methods for diagnosing clonorchiasis sinensis.
