黄腐酸钠和山莨菪碱对平阳霉素所致肺纤维化的保护作用

摘    要:以平阳霉素(Bleomycin As,5mg/kg)气管内一次滴入形成大、小白鼠肺纤维化模型。观察了黄腐酸钠和山莨菪碱对该模型的作用。结果表明,黄腐酸钠(50mg/kg)和山菪莨碱(4mg/kg)均可明显减轻肺纤维化:使肺系数减小,肺羟脯氨酸含量降低,组织学检查也表明肺病变明显减轻。黄腐酸钠和山莨菪碱对肺纤维化的保护作用可能与抑制炎症有关。

Study on the Protective Effect of Sodium Fulvate and Anisodamine on Bleomycin A5-induced Lung Fibrosis

Abstract:Lung fibrosis Was produced by single intratracheal injection of bleomycin A5 ( 5 mg/kg) . The effect of sodium fulvate and anisodamine on that model were observed. The results showed that sodium fulvate (50mg/kg) and anisodamine ( 4 mg/kg) had significant protective effect on lung fibrosis induced by bleomycinA5. Lung index and hydroxyproline content of lung were decreased significantly. Histological examination showed that the pathological changes in lung were diminished as well. It is suggested that inhibition of inflammatory reaction might be a possible mechanism for protective effect of sodium fulvate and anisodamine.
