| 摘 要： | 目的研究中药复方补肾丹对雌性成年大鼠生殖内分泌的影响。方法将普通级Wistar健康雌性成年大鼠随机分为6组:正常对照组、中药对照组、西药对照组和补肾丹低、中、高剂量组,每组10只,于给药第30 d分别测每只大鼠发情期,于发情期剖取左侧卵巢,测卵巢湿重,用放射免疫法测定血清中FSH、LH、E2的含量。结果中药复方补肾丹低、中、高剂量组,均能显著提高发情期雌性成年大鼠的血清中FSH、LS、E2含量(P<0.05),尤其以中剂量组最佳。并对大鼠的卵巢湿重有增重的作用。结论中药复方补肾丹可调节雌性成年大鼠生殖内分泌,其机制可能是调节下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴系统各个层次的作用。
