癌症患者亲属的心理分析和护理干预

目的研究分析癌症患者亲属的心理情感体验、行为表现并采取相应的护理干预，为促进医患关系，更好地做好患者的护理提供借鉴。方法通过访谈形式，访问了50位癌症患者的亲属，将获得的资料进行整理分析和质性研究。结果癌症患者亲属在至亲患有恶性肿瘤过程中承受着巨大的心理压力，表现过程为初诊时的震惊、怀疑、恐惧、焦虑、悲伤、绝望到陪伴亲属治疗过程中所感受到的压力和焦虑。给予护理干预。结论癌症患者亲属迫切需要情感支持和个性化的护理干预。

Psychoanalysis and nursing intervention of cancer patient''''s relative

Objective Research and analyse the psychological emotion experiencing,behavior displaying and corresponding nursing intervention adopted by cancer patient's relative that to intervene,offer reference to promote the relationship between doctors and patients,and attend patients better.Method by means of the interview,visit 50 cancer patients' relative,put and analysis materials obtained,and research those in aspects of quality and nature Result:Cancer patient's relative was bearing enormous psychological pressure while the close relative suffers from malignant tumour finally,they behaved with astoundment, suspicion,dread,sadness,desperation at the first diagnoses to experienced the pressure and anxiety in the course of treatment accompanying relative.bestowed on intervening.Conclusion Cancer patient's relative needs aid of emotion and nursing intervention individualized urgently
