128例癫痫患者头颅CT和MRI对比分析

目的比较头颅CT和MRI检查在癫痫病因诊断中的作用.材料与方法分析128例癫痫患者的CT和MRI结果,应用X2检验比较CT和MRI的阳性率和准确性.结果对于复杂部分性发作、全面性发作和继发性全面发作而言,MRI的阳性率和准确性均高于CT.CT发现颞叶和基底节区病变的例数分别为MRI的45.2%和56.3%,MRI对血管畸形和脱髓鞘病的定性准确性显著高于CT.结论对于复杂部分性发作、全面发作和继发性全面发作类型,应以MRI为首选.MRI对颞叶病变、基底节区病变检出的能力优于CT,对血管畸形和脱髓鞘病的定性准确性高于CT.

CT and MRI Correlative Study on Epilepsy:Analysis of 128 Cases

Purpose:To compare the roles of CT and MRI in diagnosing epileptic pathogeny. Materials and Methods:The CT and MRI results of one hundrde and twenty einght epileptic patients were studied .Using chi square test we compared the positive rate and accuracy of CT and MRI.Results:The positive rate and accuracy of MRI were higher than that of CT in diagnosing complex partial seizures ,general seizures and secondary general seizures.The number of lesinos in temporal lobe and basic ganglion by CT was only 45.2%and 56.3%that of MRI .The accuracy of MRI in diagnosing vascular malformations and demyelinating diseases was superior to that of CT.Conclusion :MRI should be the first choice in diagnosing complex partial seizures and general seizures.The power of MRI in diagnosing temporal lobe and basic ganlion lesions was better than that of CT.The accuracy of MRI in diagnosing vascular malformations and demyelinating diseases was also better than that of CT.
