艾滋病患者舌象分析与辨证

目的：通过对中晚期艾滋病患者舌象的观察．分析舌象与病情、病程的相关性，加深对中晚期艾滋病患者气阴两虚证的认识。方法：规定上午某段固定时间，用同一数码相机拍摄中晚期艾滋病患者的舌像；记录患者同期实验室资料，分析舌像特点及其与病情、机体免疫状态的关系。结果：晚期患者舌质暗淡，伴瘀斑，舌体胖大有齿痕，舌苔腐腻，焦黄苔较为多见；舌质暗淡伴瘀斑的表现与病情、免疫状况、CD4水平有一定关系。结论；晚期艾滋病患者气阴两虚、瘀血阻络、毒邪稽留血分等中医病理变化较为常见。

Analysis of Tongue Picture and Syndrome Differentiation for the Patient of AIDS

Objective:To analyze correlativity of tongue picture with state and duration of illness,and to deepen the understanding of the syndrome of both qi and yin deficiency in the patient of AIDS at metaphase and advanced stage.Methods:Picture of the tongue in the patient of AIDS at metaphase and advanced stage was taken by a same digital camera at a fixed time in the morning.The laboratory data of the patient were recorded and characteristics of the tongue picture and the relationship between the tongue picture and the condition of immune system were analyzed.Results:Dim tongue with ecchymosis,enlarged tongue with teeth print,curdy and greasy fur,and brown fur were commonly seen in the advanced patients;Dim tongue with ecchymosis was related to the state of illness,immune state and CD_4 level.Conclusion:Both qi and yin deficiency,obstruction of blood stasis in collaterals,retention of toxic pathogen in the blood system are more commonly seen TCM pathological changes in the advanced patient of AIDS.
