白内障摘除术手术前后角膜内皮细胞的对比分析

目的：比较超声乳化白内障吸出术的超声时间，能量以及不同白内障术对角内皮细胞的影响，方法：对106只眼老年性白内障分别行白内障超声乳化吸出术和白内障囊外搞除术，并分别于手术前后进行角膜内皮细胞要查，随访0．5－6．0个月，结果：超声乳化白内障吸出术对角膜内皮的损伤随超声的能量及时间增加而增大，角膜内皮细胞具有超声损伤的阈值，且角膜内皮细胞的损伤呈偏态分析，结论：超声乳化白内障吸出术是现代白内障手术术式的代表，对硬核和超硬核白内障同样适用。

Comparison of Corneal Endothelial Cell before and after Cataract Extraction

Objective:To evaluate affection of different cataract surgeries, phaco power and phaco time to corneal endothelium. Methods:One hundred and six eyes with senile cataract were operated on with phacoemulsification and ECCE in our hospital from 1999.5-2000.5. Corneal endothelial cells of all patients were examined pre- and post-operatively, and follow-up were carried out from 1 month to 6 months after operation. Results:In the patients operated on with phacoemulsification, the more phaco power and phaco time increased, the more corneal endothelial cells were lost, and the quantity of lost cells was in skewness distribution. The loss of corneal endothelial cells has threshold value to trauma of phaco surgery. Conclusion:Phacoemulsification and aspiration is a representative of modern cataract surgeries, and could be applied in the cataract patients with hard and super hard nucleus.
