药物与清宫治疗不全流产的疗效观察

目的患者发生不全流产后,应及时清除子宫内残留物,避免并发症的发生。目前治疗不全流产的方法有药物治疗和清宫手术治疗两种,本文将对两种方法的疗效进行研究,以便医护人员根据患者实际情况进行不全流产的治疗。方法将患者自愿分为药物治疗组和清宫手术治疗组,每组患者34人。药物治疗组患者利用药物治疗不全流产,清宫手术治疗组利用清宫手术治疗不全流产,并观察患者疗效,进行统计学分析。结果患者通过药物治疗和清宫手术治疗后,阴道流血时间持续均小于10d,且妊娠残留物均顺利从体内排出,B超检查患者子宫腔内均无残留组织,证明两种方法均能有效治疗不全流产。但清宫方法治疗患者不全流产时易使患者产生强烈的疼痛感,但残留物排出体外效果明显。而药物治疗不全流产方便安全,副作用小,无创伤,易于被患者所接受,但药物治疗有时不能完全使残留物排出体外。结论一经诊断为不全流产,应及早选择治疗方法进行治疗。根据患者实际情况选用安全有效的治疗不全流产的方法。若药物治疗不全流产失败,则应立即进行清宫手术。

Effect observation of drug therapy and clearing uterus of incomplete abortion

Objective Patients after incomplete abortion,should be timely cleared in vivo uterine residue,avoid complications.Current treatment of incomplete abortion with drugs and clear uterus treatment in operation,the efficacy of two methods were studied,so that the medical staff according to the actual condition of patients treated for incomplete abortion.Methods The patients were divided into treatment group and voluntary drug operation group,34 patients in each group.Drug therapy group patients with drugs for treatment of incomplete abortion,uterine operation treatment group using the operation for the treatment of incomplete abortion,and the observation of patients,statistical analysis were done.Results Patients with drug treatment and the operation after treatment,vaginal bleeding duration were less than ten days,and pregnancy residues were successfully drained from the body,B ultrasound examination in patients with uterine cavity were no residual tissue,that two kinds of methods were effective for the treatment of incomplete abortion.But the method in the treatment of patients with incomplete abortion easily enables patients have severe pains,but residues excreted effect was obvious.And the drugs for the treatment of incomplete abortion was convenient and safe,small side effect,no trauma,easy to be accepted by the patients,but the drug treatment sometimes can not make residues excreted.Conclusions The diagnosis of incomplete abortion,should as soon as possible treatment options for treatment.According to the actual condition of patients to choose safe and effective for the treatment of incomplete abortion method.If the drug for the treatment of incomplete abortion failed,should be immediately perform the operation.
