儿童肘内翻畸形三维矫正的疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨研究儿童肘内翻畸形采用肱骨髁上闭合楔形截骨三维矫形交叉钢针张力带固定术的临床疗效。方法总结并分析临床41例肘内翻儿童行肱骨髁上截骨后三维矫形交叉钢针张力带固定的资料,观察术后骨愈合、肘部提携角改善、肘关节功能和并发症情况。结果本组术后随诊6个月~2年6个月,一般术后3个月,完全骨性愈合,未出现截骨处移位、内固定松动等并发症。其中优37例,良4例,无结果可或差病例,优良率100%。结论肱骨髁上截骨后三维矫形交叉钢针张力带固定内固定稳定,矫形效果满意,肘关节可早期活动、关节功能恢复良好,畸形复发率低。

Abstract:Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of three-dimensional correction with Kirschner wire fixation in treatment of cubitus varus deformity.Methods Totally 41 cases with cubitus varus were collected and therapeutic efficacy was analyzed.They were respectively treated with three-dimensional correction with Kirschner wire fixation.Functional exercises were needed after the operation.The therapeutic efficacy of the Cubitus extension and flexion function and the recovery of the lead angle were compared and analyzed.Results The group was followed up for 6 months to 2 years and 6 months,usually after 3 months,complete bone healing,does not appear displacement osteotomy,internal fixation loosening and other complications.Excellent in 37 cases,good in 4 cases,no results or poor case,good rate of 100%.Conclusions Three-dimensional correction with Kirschner wire fixation in cubitus varus has great effect.This technology has following advantages:early activity,good recovery of joint function,deformity recurrence rate.
