右美托咪啶用于术后镇痛的临床观察

目的探讨右美托咪啶在术后自控镇痛(PCA)应用中的镇痛效果及其不良反应。方法将深圳市第六人民医院2009年5月—2011年5月收治的100例行自控镇痛泵镇痛患者随机分成2组:①实验组50例;②对照组50例。对照组给予100μg舒芬太尼PCA治疗;实验组给予300μg右美托咪啶PCA治疗。观察比较术后4h、12h、24h患者的疼痛指标VAS评分和不良反应发生情况。结果实验组术后4h、12h、24h VAS评分与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),但是实验组的不良反应发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪啶应用于术后自控镇痛可以降低恶心呕吐等不良反应的发生,相比舒芬太尼更安全有效。

Clinical observation of dexmedetomidine for postoperative analgesia

Objective To investigate the analgesic effect and adverse reactions about dexmedetomidine for patient-controlled analgesic after surgical operation.Methods Totally 100 patients by patient-controlled analgesic admitted in our department May 2009 to May 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,control group(n=50) and treatment group(n=50).The control group was given 100μg sufentanil for patient-controlled analgesic,the treatment group was given 300μg dexmedetomidine for patient-controlled analgesic.The VAS scores and adverse reactions in two groups were observed and compared after caesarean section 4h,12h,24h.Results The VAS scores in the treatment group was similar with that of the control group(P>0.05),but the adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions There is a significant analgesic effect of dexmedetomidine for patient-controlled analgesic for the reason that used dexmedetomidine analgesia can reduce postoperative nausea,vomiting and other adverse reactions.
