| 摘 要： | 目的探讨认知行为疗法联合抗抑郁药米氮平治疗癔球症的疗效。方法纳入符合罗马Ⅲ诊断标准的患者25例,采用认知行为疗法联合米氮平进行治疗,以癔球症症状评分判断疗效。结果治疗3周后,癔球症症状评分较治疗前降低(P=0.041);治疗6周后随访,症状评分较治疗前显著降低(P=0.009)。结论认知行为疗法联合米氮平治疗癔球症有较好的疗效,值得在临床上推广应用

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) combined with small dose antidepressant drugs mirtazapine in treatment for globussensation patients.Methods Twenty-five cases enrolled this study,which were accord with Rome Ⅲ criteria.Globussensation symptom score was used to judge the efficacy.Results After treating for 3 weeks,globussensation symptom score decreased(P=0.041);After 6 weeks,globussensation symptom score decreased significantly(P=0.009).Conclusions CBT combined with small dose mirtazapine are effcfive on improve symptoms of globussensation patients. |
