甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗初发2型糖尿病的临床观察

目的分析了甘精胰岛素与瑞格列奈联合治疗初发2型糖尿病的疗效。方法徐州市中心医院于2009年至2011年共收治2型糖尿病患者40例,所有患者初诊均为2型糖尿病,40例患者每天皮下给予甘精胰岛素1次,主要控制患者的空腹状态下的血糖浓度,并在患者三餐之前口服瑞格列奈对用餐后的血糖水平进行控制。治疗4个月之后对患者空腹血糖水平、餐后2h的血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平以及空腹状态下胰岛素的浓度、C肽和进餐后2h的胰岛素、C肽进行分析。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后患者空腹血糖水平和餐后2h的血糖水平显著性下降,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后糖化血红蛋白的水平治疗前相比较,患者治疗之后胰岛素以及C肽浓度均有显著性的改善(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素与瑞格列奈联合治疗2型糖尿病疗效显著可很好的控制患者血糖浓度,对患者β细胞功能恢复意义重大,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical observation of insulin glargine combined repaglinide in treatment of type 2 diabetes

Objective To analyze the effect of insulin glargine and repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Totally 40 patients with type 2 diabetes in the hospital from 2009 to 2011 were treated,all patients were newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes,40 patients were given daily subcutaneous insulin glargine once,the main control state of the patients’ fasting blood glucose concentration and oral repaglinide before meals in patients with post-meal blood glucose levels of control.After 4 months of treatment in patients with fasting glucose levels,postprandial two-hour glucose levels,glycated hemoglobin levels and insulin concentrations under fasting state,C-peptide and insulin after eating two hours,C-peptide analysis.Results Compared with that before treatment,after treatment in patients with fasting blood glucose levels and postprandial two-hour glucose levels were significantly decreased,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Glycated hemoglobin levels before and after treatment,compared with before treatment,after treatment in patients with insulin and C-peptide concentrations were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusions Insulin glargine combination therapy with repaglinide in type 2 diabetes has a significant effect,it can be well controlled blood glucose levels,restoration of β-cell function in patients with significant,worthy of clinical use.
