| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿喘息性疾病与肺炎支原体感染(MP)的关系及其临床意义。方法放射免疫法对68例喘息性疾病患儿进行MP抗体检测,并对哮喘患儿MP检测阳性者采用大环内酯类药物治疗随访。结果 68例小儿哮喘性疾病MP阳性33例,阳性率48.53%,其中哮喘病18例,阳性9例,治疗后随访完全者7例,哮喘再发严重程度均较治疗前明显改善。结论 MP作为一种致病微生物与哮喘的关系不容忽视,与喘息再发有密切关系,MP作为小儿喘息性疾病诱发因素应予重视。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between baby gasping diseases and pneumonia mycoplasma infections(MP) and their clinical significance.Methods The 68 babies who had gasping disease were inspected the antibody of MP by radio-immunifaction.antibody masccline babies were gaven therapy by using Macrolides medicine and Conducted were follow-up.Results Within the 68 babies,33 cases were MP antibody masccline,the rate of it is 48.53%.among them,asthma babies were 18 cases.positiue 9 cases,affer treatment fouow-up comlete 7 cases complete tracing after the therapy show that severity degree of relapse were discreased.Conclusions Wu should think highly of the relationship between the MP and the baby gasping diseases,which relapse is concerned closely with the MP. |
