2010年郑州市城区居民伤害死亡分析

目的为了解郑州市城区居民伤害死亡水平及伤害死因分布,为针对性开展伤害预防工作提供科学依据。方法利用2010年郑州市城区居民死因监测点数据,按照ICD-10编码,利用SPSS14.0软件对城区居民伤害死亡进行统计分析。结果 2010年郑州市城区居民伤害死亡476人,占死亡总数的8.8%,居全死因第四位,粗死亡率43.62/10万,其中男性343人,粗死亡率62.68/10万,女性133人,粗死亡率24.44/10万,男性高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。伤害的减寿年数为14581.9人.年,减寿率为14.26‰。结论伤害是该市城区居民死亡重要原因,在寿命损失中位居第一位,对不同年龄段的伤害死亡原因,应开展伤害防制工作。

Analysis of injury death among urban habitants in Zhengzhou in 2010

Objective To understand the injury death rate,injury death causes and the distribution of the injury death of urban inhabitants in Zhenzhou.Methods Based on the data collected from the observation points for injury death of urban inhabitants in Zhenzhou in 2010,according to ICD-10 coding,and utilizing SPSS14.0 software,statistical analysis has been taken on the injury death of urban inhabitants.Results In 2010,there were 476 injury deaths,which accounts for 8.8% among the total deaths and listed the fourth among the death causes.The raw death rate is 43.62/0.1 million,among which male is 343,the raw death rate is 62.68/0.1million,female is 133,the raw death rate is 24.44/0.1million,male death rate is higher than female death rate,significance level P<0.01.Life expectancy reduction caused by injury is 14581.9 capita year,life expectancy reduction rate is 14.26‰.Conclusions Injury is the main cause of death for urban inhabitants,which is the first among all the causes of life expectancy.Therefore,measures of injury prevention and control should be taken in considering the causes of injury death in different age group.
