早发型重度子痫前期期待治疗时机探讨与围生结局分析

目的探讨重度子痫前期期待治疗的可行性及临床意义以及对妊娠结局的影响。方法对2008年1至2011年1月收治的40例重度子痫前期患者应用期待治疗,分析治疗时间的选择及对妊娠结局的影响,以期对指导临床提供帮助。结果重度子痫前期患者期待治疗后新生儿体重、胎儿生长受限、新生儿及围产儿死亡率明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而期待治疗时间及终止妊娠孕周两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重度子痫前期严重影响妊娠结局,子痫前期发生的时间越早,并发症的发生率及严重程度也随之增加,围生儿的预后与发病孕周及孕龄有着重要的相关性,因此适当的期待治疗有助于改善围产儿预后。

Investigation of early onset of severe preeclampsia look forward to time of treatment and perinatal outcome analysis

Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical significance as well as pregnancy outcome of early onset of severe preeclampsia look forward treatment.Methods The hospital in January 2008 to January 2011 were treated 40 cases of early onset severe preeclampsia patients expect treatment to analyze the choice of treatment time and the impact on pregnancy outcome,with a view to guiding the clinical help.Results The early onset of severe preeclampsia after treatment expected birth weight,fetal growth restriction,neonatal and perinatal mortality was significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);And look forward to and termination of treatment time pregnancy,gestational age difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The early onset of severe preeclampsia seriously affect the outcome of pregnancy,preeclampsia occurs sooner,the incidence of complications and severity have increased,the prognosis of children with perinatal onset of gestational age and gestational age has important correlation,so the expectations of appropriate treatment help to improve perinatal outcome.
