80例结节性甲状腺肿与甲状腺瘤的病理形态学观察及对比分析

目的探讨结节性甲状腺肿与甲状腺瘤的病理形态学特点。方法对80例结节性甲状腺肿和甲状腺瘤的病理形态学特点进行回顾性分析研究及复查,重新作出诊断。结果原诊断甲状腺腺瘤38例,结节性甲状腺肿42例。结节性甲状腺肿中12例伴有乳头状增生,6例伴有非典型增生。甲状腺瘤38例,其中滤泡性腺瘤32例,乳头性腺瘤2例,嗜酸性腺瘤2例,不典型腺瘤2例。复查后其中1例原诊断为乳头状腺瘤,诊断改为结节性甲状腺肿。结论伴有腺瘤样增生结节、局部囊性变或乳头样增生的结节性甲状腺肿与多发性甲状腺瘤的鉴别有一定难度。把握住鉴别诊断可提高诊断正确率。

Histopathological observation and comparative analysis of nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma 80 cases

Objective To investigate the morphological characteristics of nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma.Methods Totally 80 cases of nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma morphological characteristics were analyzed retrospectively and reviewed,to make the diagnosis.Results The diagnosis of 38 cases of thyroid adenoma,42 cases of nodular goiter.Nodular goiter in 12 cases accompanied with papillary hyperplasia,6 cases with atypical hyperplasia.Thyroid tumor in 38 cases,including 32 cases of follicular adenoma,papillary adenoma 2cases,eosinophilic adenoma 2 cases,atypical adenoma in 2 cases.After review 1 cases diagnosed as papillary adenoma,the diagnosis was changed to nodular goiter.Conclusion With adenomatoid hyperplasia nodules,localized cystic degeneration or papillary hyperplasia of thyroid nodular goiter with multiple thyroid tumor differential has the certain difficulty.Grasp differential diagnosis can raise the rate of correct diagnosis.
