摘 要: | 3-氟氯苄与对羟基苯甲醛反应制得4-(3-氟苄氧基)苯甲醛,而后与(劝-2-氨基丙酰胺缩合、Pd/C催化氢化还原,最后与甲磺酸成盐制得抗帕金森病药沙芬酰胺,总收率约76%.

Abstract: | Safinamide,an antiparkinson drug,was synthesized from 3-fluorobenzyl chloride by substitution with 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde to give 4-(3-fluorobenzyloxy)benzaldehyde,which was subjected to condensation and reduction to give(S)-2-4-(3-fluorobenzyloxy)benzylamino]propionamide,followed by salification with methanesulfonic acid.The overall yield was about 76%. |
