超声e-Flow对脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块内新生血管的检测

目的探讨超声e-Flow对脑梗塞患者颈动脉斑块内新生血管的检测中的价值。方法回顾性分析河北燕达医院2008年1月至2009年3月住院的脑梗死患者69例的临床资料,该组患者均采用超声e-Flow对脑部颈动脉斑块进行检测,总结检测结果。结果超声100个斑块中有66个可见新生血管,其中软斑40个,硬斑0个,混合斑块26个。34个超声未见新生血管的斑块中,硬斑块17个,软斑块8个,混合斑块9个。且未显示新生血管组的斑块厚度显著小于显示新生血管组的斑块厚度,P<0.05。结论超声e-Flow对于斑块内新生血管较为敏感,且由于操作更为简便,费用更低,值得临床推广。

Ultrasound e-Flow in detection of patients with cerebral infarction carotid plaques new blood vessels

Objective To study the value of ultrasound e-Flow in the detection of patients with cerebral infarction carotid plaques of new blood vessels.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 69 patients with cerebral infarction from Jan 2008 to March 2009 in our hospital,this group of patients all used ultrasound e-Flow for brain carotid plaques for testing,summarized test results.Results Totally 100 plaque in ultrasonic 66 visible new blood vessels,including soft spot 40,hard spot zero,mixed plaques 26.34 ultrasound has not seen the new blood vessels plaques,hard plaques 17,soft patch 8,9 mixed plaques.And does not show new blood vessels of less than the thickness of patches that significant new blood vessels group patches thickness,P<0.05.Conclusions Ultrasound e-Flow for patchs is sensitive to new blood vessels,and the operation is more simple,cheaper,and worth of clinical promotion.
