舒血宁注射液治疗急性冠脉综合征不稳定型心绞痛168例疗效分析

目的观察舒血宁注射液治疗急性冠脉综合征不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 2011年9月至2012年6月在河南省第二人民医院心血管内科住院治疗的急性冠脉综合征不稳定型心绞痛的患者168例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各84例,应用舒血宁注射液治疗,病进行疗效比较。结果治疗组优良率92.9%;对照组优良率73.8%。两组不稳定心绞痛的住院患者疗效优良率(P<0.05)为差异具有统计学意义。结论舒血宁注射液在治疗急性冠脉综合征不稳定型心绞痛的疗效显著,性能安全,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of therapeutic efficiency of Shuxuening intravenous infusion on 168 patients with acute coronary syndrome unstable angina pectoris

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficiency of Shuxuening intravenous infusion on the patients with acute coronary syndrome(unstable angina pectoris).Methods Totally 168 in-hospital patients with acute coronary syndrome(unstable angina pectoris) from 2011.1 to 2012.6 were divided into 2 groups: therapeutic group(n=84) and control group(n=84).Shuxuening 20ml diluted in 5% glucose solution was infused intravenously,once a day for fourteen days in therapeutic group,and compared with the routine treatment group.Results The clinical symptoms were improved obviously in patients treated with Shuxuening,and the total clinical effective rate was 92.9%,compared with 73.8% in patients treated with routine treatment.The effects in patients of Shuxuening group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Shuxuening is an effective and safety drug for treating acute coronary syndrome(unstable angina pectoris).It is valuable to use in clinical practice.
