382例手足口病的流行病学特征及诊疗情况统计

目的 分析我院近年来手足口病住院病例资料,了解其流行病学特征及趋势变化,为该病的预防和控制提供依据.方法 以基于ICD-10编码的手足口病住院的病例为研究对象,分析其流行特征及治疗转归情况.结果 382例中男性199例,女性183例,治愈351例,好转12例,未愈8例,其他11例,无死亡病例.该病潜伏期短,传播快,具有季节性,并有逐渐增加之趋势.结论 社会应针对上述情况进行积极防范,减少感染,控制传播途径,做好疫情预测.

A statistical analysis for HFMD epidemic characteristics of 382 cases

Objective To analyze the data of patients with HFMD （Hand, foot and mouth disease） in the past four years, to understand epidemic characteristic and the trend of HFMD, and to provide basis for the prevention and control of the disease. Methods The subjects were inpatients with HFMD in a hospital by ICD-10 coding, whose epidemiological characteris- tics and treatment outcome were analyzed. Results Of all 382 cases, there were 199 male cases, 183 female cases, 351 cured cases, 12 improved cases, 8 cases unimproved, 11 cases with other conditions, and none deadl The vital characteristics of HFMD were short incubation period, fast spread seasonality and trend of increase. Conclusion In order to reduce infections, the community should carry out active prevention measures, control the transmission pathway and make predictions of the epidemic.
