| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性与血尿酸和同型半胱氨酸水平的相关性。方法选取120例经彩色多普勒超声检查颈动脉粥样硬化且有斑块的缺血性脑血管病患者,分别应用全自动生化仪和高效液相色谱分析法测定血尿酸水平和血浆同型半胱氨酸水平并进行比较。结果不稳定颈动脉斑块组血尿酸水平和血浆同型半胱氨酸水平均明显高于稳定性动脉斑块组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血尿酸和同型半胱氨酸水平与动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定性正相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation about carotid atherosclerotic plaque stability and serum uric acid and homocysteine levels.Methods Totally 120 cases with carotid atherosclerotic plaque by color Doppler ultrasound examination and with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,appling automatic biochemical analyzer and high-performance liquid chromatography method for determination of plasma uric acid levels and the same type of semi-cystine level and comparing them.Results Unstable carotid plaques and plasma uric acid levels of homocysteine were significantly higher than the stability of the plaque group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Serum uric acid and homocysteine levels were positively correlated with plaque instability. |
