| 摘 要： | 目的探讨泮托拉唑联合白眉蛇毒血凝酶治疗重型颅脑损伤并发应激性溃疡消化道出血的疗效。方法随机将颅脑损伤并发应激性溃疡患者70例分为两组,治疗组40例:泮托拉唑联合白眉蛇毒血凝酶治疗,对照组30例:泮托拉唑治疗,观察两组病例止血的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率95%,对照组83%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泮托拉唑联合白眉蛇毒血凝酶治疗重型颅脑损伤并发应激性溃疡出血疗效显著,无明显不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of Pantoprazol and Hemmocoagulase in treatment of severe craniocerebral injury complicated by stress ulcer bleeding.Methods Totally 70 cases of severe craniocerebral injury complicated by stress ulcer bleeding were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 40 cases received the treatment of Hemmocoagulase combined with Pantoprazol,control group 30 cases received Pantoprazol treatment.The therapeutic effects were observed.Results The total effective rate was 95% in treatment group and 83% in control group respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Pantoprazol and hemmocoagulase have obvious effect in treating severe craniocerebral injury complicated by stress ulcer bleeding.There were no obvious adverse reactions. |
