剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的治疗及分析

目的探讨剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的特点及临床治疗方法。方法对平顶山市妇幼保健院2006年1月至2011年10月收治的经手术和病理证实38例剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 38例患者经手术治疗,80.9%的内膜异位结节位于皮下,切除标本均经病理检查确诊为子宫内膜上皮腺体或腺体样结果。所有患者切口均为一期愈合,术后服药3个月后复查无复发。结论剖宫产术与腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症密切相关。

Clinical study and treatment of endometriosis on abdominal incision after cesarean section

Objective To study the clinical characteristics and treatment of abdominal wall endometriosis after cesarean section.Methods The data of 38 cases from Jan.2006 to Oct.2011 were retrospectively analyzed.All the cases were confirmed by the surgery and pathology.Results Thirty-eight patients treated by surgery,resection lesions accounted for 80.9% at hypodermic.Resected specimens undenwent pathological examination after diagnosis of endometrial glands epithelial gland or sample results.All of the patientss incision were primary healing.There was no cases relapse after 3 months therapy.Conclusions There is correlation of cesarean section and abdominal incision endometriosis.
