西甲硅油联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良

目的观察西甲硅油联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将116例功能性消化不良病人，采用随机对照试验方法，随机分为2组。治疗组（西甲硅油联合莫沙必利）口服西甲硅油，每次80mg，每日3次；联合莫沙必利，每次5mg，每日3次。对照组口服莫沙必利，每次5mg，每日3次。2组疗程均为4周。评价症状改善及不良反应。结果西甲硅油联合莫沙必利治疗组总有效率为89．1％，明显优于对照组（75．9％），有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；其中特别对餐后饱胀不适的疗效与对照组比较，有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。治疗后均未发现明显不良反应。结论西甲硅油与莫沙必利联合应用能有效缓解功能性消化不良的症状，疗效明显、安全可靠。

Simethicone combined with mosapride for treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia

Objective To observe the efficacy of simethicone combined with mosapride on the treatment for functional dyspepsia. Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with functional dyspepsia were divided into two groups randomly. The simethicone combined with mosapride group were received simethicone 80 mg, po, tid, and mosapride 5 mg,po, tid. The mosapride group were received mosapride 5 mg, po, tid. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Changes on symptom score and side effects were included as outcomes. Results The total efficacy rate of simethicone com- bined with mosapride group was 89.1% , which was significantly higher than that of the mosapride group（The total effi- cacy rate was 75.9% ） , （P 〈 0.05）. The simethicone combined with mosapride group seemed to be more effective in improving sympotom of quickly feeling ＇ full＇ after eating than that in the mosapride group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. After treatment, no significant side effects were found. Conclusion The simethicone combined with mosapride is an effective and safe treatment for patients with functional dyspepsia.
