| 摘 要： | 目的了解不同级别卫生监督机构食品与职业卫生职能项目的落实程度。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取省市县样本171家。结果(1)市级卫生监督机构食品卫生职能项目落实程度最高,为50.39%;县级卫生监督机构职业卫生职能项目落实程度最低,为13.60%;(2)食品与职业卫生职能具体项目落实程度分析发现,地市级食品卫生监督检查落实程度最高,为58.68%;县级卫生监督机构职业卫生职能许可落实程度最低,仅为3.96%。结论总体来说卫生监督机构食品卫生监督职能项目落实情况优于职业卫生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To understand the degree of the implementation of food and occupational health inspection function at different levels.Methods: 171 agencies at three different levels were investigated through stratified cluster sampling.Results: 1)The implementation ratio of food inspection at city level ranks first with the ratio of 50.39%,the implementation ratio of occupational inspection at county level ranks lowest with the ratio of 13.60%.2) The implementation ratio of occupational health permit is the lowest at county level with the ration of 3.96% and the highest in food health inspection at city level has the ratio of 56.68%.Conclusion: The implementation of food health inspection function is better than occupational health inspection. |
