重组人脑利钠肽治疗急性失代偿性心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的观察重组人脑利钠肽与硝酸甘油和硝普钠治疗失代偿性心力衰竭的治疗效果和安全性。方法实验对入选的63例失代偿性心力衰竭患者随机分为rhBNP治疗组（A组）22例、硝酸甘油治疗组（B组）20例、硝普钠治疗纽（C组）21例，在常规治疗基础上分别予以rhBNP注射液、硝酸甘油注射液、硝普钠注射液治疗，观察治疗3d后疗效。结果rhBINP治疗组临床疗效显效率和有效率优于硝酸甘油治疗组和硝普钠治疗组（P〈0．05）；心功能指标（PCWP、PAP、HR）及BNP的改善rhBNP治疗组高于硝酸甘油治疗组和硝普钠治疗组。结论rhBNP可以明显改善失代偿性心力衰竭患者的心功能，-临床状况优于硝酸甘油和硝普钠。

Effect of rhBNP on patients with acute decompensated heart failure

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Chin-made recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide （rhBNP） and sodium nitroprusside on acute decompensated heart failure. Methods Sixty-three deeompensated heart failure patients were randomized into an rhBNP group, an NIT group, and a SNIT group. All the patients were given traditional heart failure treatment. The change of heart function and BNP level during the treatment was observed. Results The effectual rate and effective rate after the treatment in 3 clays in the rhBNP group were higher than the NIT group and SNIT group （P〈0.05）. The heart fitness index and BNP level were improved after rhBNP. NIT and SNIT infusion 3 days later, and the rhBNP group was better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion rhBNP can improve the heart function in patients with deeompensated heart failure obviously, and the short-term effect is better than that of NIT and SNIT.
