泌尿生殖道感染患者对性传播疾病认知状况的调查研究

目的了解泌尿生殖道感染患者对性传播疾病知识的认知状况,探索将“检测诊断-健康教育-心理干预”相结合的模式,有效遏止性传播疾病蔓延。方法对1 000例泌尿生殖道感染患者采用自填式无记名方式问卷调查。结果1 000例患者对性传播疾病知识的了解甚少,文化程度高的、已婚的要好于其他人群。结论性传播疾病知识的宣传教育亟待加强,尤其在高危人群中应大力作好生殖健康的宣传教育工作和积极开展对性传播疾病患者的心理干预工作。

The Survey for the Knowledge of Sexually Transmitted Diseases in Genitournary Infection Patients

Objective To survey the knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases in genitourinary infection pations,to combine "test diagnosis-health education-psychological mediation",to effectively prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.Methods Sample forms of 1,000 genitourinary infection patients anonymously.Results The 1,000 genitourinary infection patients had limited knowledge about sexually transmitted diseases;besides knowing some prevention knowledge,they were lack in understanding of other areas.Those with higher education and those who were married understood better than other people.Conclusion We have to do better about the sexually transmitted disease knowledge,especially in educating genitorinary hygiene among high risk people;we shall also do more in psychological mediation of sexually transmitted disease patients.
