多层螺旋容积CT 冠状动脉成像技术的探讨

摘    要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像技术的操作方法及影响图像质量的因素。方法对100例受检者,进行MSCT冠状动脉血管成像检查,使用美国GE公司多层螺旋CT,对比剂(优维显)1ml/kg,注射速率5.0ml/s,采用VR、MPR、MIP、CPR进行图像后处理重建。结果100例受检者中,心率小于60次/min的25例,共100支冠状动脉,显示清楚的95支(95%),心率在60~70次/min的40例,160支冠状动脉,显示清楚的150支(93%),心率在70~80次/min的25例,共100支冠状动脉,显示清楚的80支(80%)。心率80次/分以上的10例,共40支冠状动脉,显示清楚的20支(50%)。分支显示不清冠状动脉,经过拆分期相(P40%~50%,间隔5mm,采用双扇区SnapshotBurst-2)100%冠状动脉主干及主要分支显示良好达到诊断要求。结论多层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对于冠状动脉疾病的诊断、血管搭桥和腔内支架放置术后的评价具有很高的临床价值。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the method of multi-slice spiral CT coronary angiography and the factors that influence the image quality. Methods 100 patients underwent MSCT coronary angiography, contrast media was injected intravenously(1 ml/kg) at the speed of 5 ml/s. The reconstructed images were then processed into volume rendering (VR) and multi-planner reconstruction (MPR) and curved planner reconstruction (CPR) and maximum intensity projection (MIP). Results Among the 100 patients, the heart-rate, the coronary artery and the clearly demonstrated coronary artery, relatively and respectively, were below 60/min 100, 95 (95%) and 60-70/min 160, 150 (93%) and 70-80/min, 100, 80 (80%) and >80/min, 40, 20 (50%). Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT coronary has very high clinical value for diagnosis of the coronary artery disease and the recheck evaluation of blood vessel bridge building operation and inner bracket placement.
