| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年性胆囊炎、胆石症发病特点。方法：对60岁以上患胆囊炎、胆石症的60例患者进行临床分析。结果：经手术治疗60例均痊愈。术后并发电解质紊乱4例、心率失常8例、应激性溃疡2例，坠积性肺炎1例，代谢性酸中毒1例。结论：老年人由于生理机能改变，故在诊断及治疗上有其特点。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the characteristics of the onset of senile cholecystitis and cholelithiasis.Methods Analysis was made of 60 patients aged over 60 with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis.Results All the patients were cured by surgery.Postoperative electrolyte disturbance occurred in 4 cases,arrhythmia in 8,stress ulcer in 2,hypostatic pneumonia in 1,and metabolic acidosis in 1.Conclusion It is suggested that the diagnosis and treatment of senile cholecystitis and cholelithiasis has its own characteristics due to the changes in their physiologica function. |
