| 摘 要： | 制作了内脏痛的单纯胃痛模型,并在此模型上,考察了针刺镇痛过程中的时效关系及经穴特异性治疗规律,证实了经穴脏腑间有相对特异性联系。就明针刺镇痛过程中存在中医经络学说所描述的某些规律,并为临床施治时间的选择提供了一定的指导作用。

| Abstract: | Themodel of simple stomamache, a visceral pain,was made here, on which the relationship between time and effect in the course ofacupuncture analgesia, and the treatment rule of specific points caereokserued. If demonstrates that there is some relatiuely specificrelationship between points and viscera. It also indicates that duringacupuncture analgessia some rules described in the theory of channclsdid function, which offers a guide to the choice of time for clinicaltreatment. |
