食品、农产品、水产品、化妆品中多种元素同时检测技术的研究

探讨以密闭高压消化法并使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)同时检测食品、农产品、化妆品中多种元素的方法。通过测定茶叶、小麦粉、大米粉、猪肝、贻贝、对虾粉等植物性、动物性国家标准物质中多种元素的含量,讨论了该方法的准确度、精密度和检出限,为使该方法形成为国家标准方法提供技术依据。该方法具有快速、高通量、多元素同时测定等诸多优点。

Research on the simultaneous determination technic of multi-elements in foodstuff, farm produce, aquatic product and cosmetic

Some research was done on the method of multi-elements determination at the same time;the high pressure ashing with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used;this method can be used in several materials,for example the foods,agricultural,aquatic,cosmetic products.Many kinds of standard materials in our country were analyzed with this method,such as tea leaves,wheat flour,rice powder,pig liver,shrimp tissue,mus- sel tissue,etc.The accuracy,the precision and the finding limit were discussed;speediness,high flux,simultane- ous multi-elements determination are its advantages.
