温通法配合溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死临床研究

目的观察温通法治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效。方法将132例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为2组,均予常规治疗,对照组64例予尿激酶和低分子量肝素钙溶栓治疗,治疗组68例在对照组治疗基础上予温通汤合麝香保心丸治疗,进行临床观察。结果治疗组梗死后心绞痛(PIA)的发生率、发病30 d内死亡率、非致死性再梗死率以及严重心功能损害(KillipⅢ或Ⅳ级)发生率总分别为7.4%、1.5%、1.5%、2.9%,明显低于对照组28.1%、7.8%、10.9%、14.1%(均P<0.05);治疗组溶栓后30 d的左室射血分数(LVEF)0.58±0.12,对照组溶栓后30 d的LVEF 0.40±0.15,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温通法治疗急性心肌梗死疗效确切。

Observation of Wentong decoction combined with thrombolysis on acute myocardial infarction

Objective To observe the effect of Wentong decoction on acute myocardial infarction.Methods 132 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in two groups received conventional therapy.68 cases in treatment group were given combination of urokinase and low molecular weight heparin calcium.64 cases in control group were given Wentong decoction,Shexiangbaoxinwan and basic treatment of control group.Results The incidence of postinfarction angina（PIA）,mortality within 30 days,non-fatal reinfarction rate and the incidence of severe heart damage（Killip III or IV level） in treatment group（7.4%,1.5%,1.5%,2.9%） were significantly better than those in the control group（28.1% 7.8% 10.9% 14.1%,P0.05）.LVEF of thrombolysis after 30 d in treatment group（0.58±0.12） was superior to that in control group（0.40±0.15,P0.05）.Conclusion Wentong decoction has definite effect on acute myocardial infarction.
