不稳定型骨盆骨折的内固定治疗

目的探讨不稳定型骨盆骨折内固定治疗的疗效。方法对48例骨盆骨折患者采用钢板、螺钉等内固定材料进行骨折复位、固定,恢复骨盆前后环的稳定。结果 43例患者获得随访,时间8～24个月。患者均获得骨性愈合,未出现腰腿痛、肢体缩短和跛行等。根据Matta评分标准:优30例,良8例,可3例,差2例,优良率为88.4%。结论手术复位、内固定治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折可以恢复骨盆的正常结构,重建骨盆的稳定性,临床疗效满意。

The internal fixation of unstable pelvic fracture

Objective To study the effect of internal fixation in treating unstable pelvic fractures.Methods 48 cases of pelvic fractures were treated with steel plates,screws and other fixation materials for reduction and fixation to restore the pelvic ring stability.Results 43 patients were followed up for 8 ～ 24 months.All patients achieved bony healing,and none of them appeared low back pain,limb shortening or claudication.According to Matta scoring criteria,the results were excellent in 30 cases,good in 8,fair in 3 and poor in 2,and 88.4% of patients were scored as good or excellent.Conclusions Open reduction and internal fixation for unstable pelvic fractures can restore the normal structure of the pelvis,reconstruct the stability of the pelvis,and the clinical efficacy is satisfactory.
