| 摘 要： | 基冈标签的研究共性问题包括:①临床验证,包括各模型在独立资料中的验证、多个模型在同一组资料中共同验证、两个重要的前瞻性验证研究的基本信息;②在判断乳腺癌患者预后、判断诱导化疗疗效和指导术后辅助化疗方面的价值;③与传统的临床病理学评价体系比较的优缺点.

Commonness of gene signature study in breast cancer |

| Abstract: | The commonness of gene signature include (1) the clinical validation: validation of separate models in independent data, validation of different gene signature models in the same protocol, and some basic information of two ongoing prospective studies; (2)the value of evaluating the prognosis of breast cancer pa-tients, predicting the effectiveness of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and guiding adjuvant chemotherapy; (3) the advantages and disadvantages compared with clinicopathological system. |
