| 摘 要： | 目的 观察卡维地洛治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法 40例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各20例.对照组仅常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用卡维地洛,治疗16周观察NYHA分级、心电图变化.结果 在常规治疗基础上加用卡维地洛较一般常规治疗在改善心功能及心电图方面效果显著.结论 卡维地洛治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭安全有效.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Carvedilol in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods 40 patients were divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.The patients in treatment group were treated with common therapy combining with Carvedilol for sixteen weeks.Before and after treatment,NYHA class ECG changes were observed and evaluated. Results Comparing treatment group with control group,the effect in improving NYHA and ECG was better. Conclusion Carvedilol is effective and safe in CHF patients. |
