| 摘 要： | 目的评价螺旋CT平扫对输尿管结石诊断的价值.方法150例患者行腹盆部非增强螺旋CT平扫.结果150例非增强螺旋CT诊断输尿管结石病人中术后确诊输尿管结石或排出结石144例,诊断符合率为96%,同时显示结石大小、形态、位置和CT值及间接征象.结论螺旋CT平扫在诊断急诊输尿管结石具有重要的临床价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of helical CT scan to the diagnosis of ureteral calculus.MethodsHelical CT scan of abdominal and pelvic pants was performed in 150 patients,Results In 150 patients with ureteralcalculus suggested by helical CT,144 patients were finally diagnosed ureteral calculus by operation or dischargingcalculus,The coincidence rate was 96%.And helical CT can also display sizes,shapes,locations, CT values and otherindirect symptoms.Conclusions Helical CT scan is of great value to the diagnosis of emergency ureteral calculus. |
