抚州地区医学新生HBV感染调查

目的：了解我院学生HBV感染状况，为防治工作提供依据。方法：对1994～1997年间新入学的医学大专生1262名采用ALT改良赖氏法和反向间接血凝法进行肝功能检测和HBsAg筛选，对肝功能异常和HBsAg阳性者采用酶免法检测乙肝“两对半”。结果：肝功能异常20例（阳性率1．58％），HBsAg阳性225例（阳性率17．83％），其中男生阳性车22．56％，女生阳性年13．74％。检测乙肝两对半，发现学生中以“HBsAg、HBeAg\HBcAb”和“HBsAg、HBeAb、HBcAb”和“HBsAg、HBeAb、HBcAb”两种感染模式为主，前一感染模式占男生感染者的43．94％（58／132）和女生感染者的27．96％（26/93）。e抗原检出率男生（77/132）显著高于女生（40/93），而e抗体阳性率女生（48／93）显著高于男生（46／132）。结论：HBV感染是我院医学生肝功能异常的主要原因；男生HBV感染预后较女生差。

A Seroepidemiological Study on HBV Infection among Medical Students in Fuzhou

Objective:To understand the infection rate of HBV among students of Fuzhou Division of Jiangxi Medical College and to offer references for prevention and treatment of bepatitis B.Method:Liver function and HBsAg were determined in 1 262 freshment from 1994 to 1997.Among HBsAg-positive or liver function-abnormal subjects,HBsAb HBeAg,HbcAb were determined.Results:The rate of hepatic dysfunction was 1.58%(20/1262) and the positivity rate of HBaAg was 17.83% (225/1 262).The positivity rates of HBsAg were 22.5%(132/585,males) and 13.74%(93/677,females)respectively. Among 20 subjects with hepatic dysfunction, 19 were HBsAg-positive.In 225 HBsAg-positive subjects,37.33% were HBsAg,HbeAg and HBcAb positive(43.94%,males) and 27.96%,females and 29.78% were HBsAg,HBeAb and HBcAb positive.Males had a higher the positivity rate of HBeAg and a lower positivity rate of HBeAb than females(58. 33%,77/132 vs 43.01 %,40/93 and 34.85% 46/132 vs 51.62%,48/93, Conclusion:There is a close correlation between hepatic dysfunction and HBV infection among students of Fuzhou Division of Jiangxi Medical College,and HBV infection is more serious among male students than among female students.
