以中国／WHO合作项目为契机创建农村健康促进学校

目的：逐步探索适合农村特点的创建农村健康促进学校的工作模式和方法。方法：在云南4所小学，以降低肠道蠕虫感染为突破口，应用整体健康模式，开展创建工作。结果：改变了学校的物质、社会环境，改善了新的社区关系，提高了师生的保健技能。结论：在农村以合作项目为契机，建立健康促进学校具有可行性；政府的支持，部门的合作是创建健康促进学校的必要条件。

Taking Cooperative Project of China and WHO as Entry Point,Developing Rural Health-promoting Schools

Objective:To explore appropriate models and methods for developing health - promoting schools in rural areas of China. Methods: Taking the control of intestinal helminth infection as entry point and adopting a whole health model, healthpromoting schools were developed at four primary schools in Yunnan province with the help of WHO. Results: Material and psycho - social environments, community relationship as well as health skills of teachers and pupils were improved. Conclusions: It seems feasible that developing health - promoting schools in rural areas taking cooperative project as entry point. The support of government and cooperation of sections are necessary to developing health - promoting school.
