双眼同视视力与单眼视力测定比较

目的：探索双眼同视视力与单眼视力测定的差异，并据此了解与判定视觉功能。方法：按常规方法采用标准对数视力表对1044名中小学生等进行了双眼同观视力测定及其与单眼检查的视力比较。结果：双眼同视视力多较单眼视力测定记录为高（占65.31％），最高可增加3行，不变及降低者分别占34.25％及0．34％。结论：人是同时运用双眼视力来进行学习、工作与生活的，建议在确定视力正常选择标准时，有必要考虑运用双眼同机视力与单眼视力的不同情况，酌情选测，使视力及视力测定更为合理、实用。

The Comparison of Bimocular and Monocular Visual Acuity

Objective:To explore the difference binocular and monocular visual acuity. Method:Binocular visual acuity of 1044 primary and secondary school studests was tested with standard logarithmic visual acuity chart and was compared with their monocular visual acuity.Results: The percentage of students whose binocular visual acuity was better or poorer than their monocular visoal acuity was 65. 31% and 0.34% respectively.Among 34. 25 % of students,their binocular visual acuity was similar to their monocular visual acuity.Conclusion:Because binocular visual acuity is used in daily life,while the conventional method to test visual acuity is monocular,when visual acuity is taken as a standard of accupation choice ,it is necessary to consider the difference between binoclar and monocular visual acuity to make visual acuity tests more reasohable and practical.
