北医大女学生心理健康状况测量

目的：了解北医大女学生心理状况及为学校健康教育和心理咨询提出合理化建议。方法：采用SCL—90量表中7个项目的66个问题，对北京医科大学三年级138名女学生进行检测，并分别与常模青年组、军医组、山西省女大学生组比较。结果：（1）北区女学生7个项目均分在1.38－1.70之间，有轻度及轻度以上心理问题的人数达5.84％－27．74％，心理问题达中度及中度以上的人数占0.73％－2.92％；（2）7个项目中焦虑项的均分高于常模组，差异有统计学意义；（3）人际关系、敌对、偏执3项的均分低于军医组；抑郁坝得分高于军医组，差异有统计学意义；（4）北医文学生心理状况好于山西省女大学生。结论：北医女大学生心理状况好于山西省女大学生，而焦虑项均分高于常模组，提示对医科女大学生应加强进行心理健康教育。

Psychological Health Status of Female Medical Students

Objective:To understand the mental health status of female students at Beijing Medical University and offer rational proposals for health education and psychological consultation.Method:Using 7 items including 66 questions of SCL-90,138 females at the third grade were surveyed at Bejing Medical University and were compared with the norm for young people,army medical students and Shanxi provincial female college students.Results:The average soores for 7 items were between 1. 38~1.70,the percentage of students with slight psychological problems was 5.8% ~27.7%,the percentage of students with moderate psychological problems was 0.7% ~ 2.9%.The surveyed students had higher scores in anxiety as compared with the norm for young people.The scores in interpersonal sensitivety,hostility and paranoid ideation were lower while the score in depression was higher for surveyed students than for army medical students.Psychological status of surveyed students was better than that of Shanxi students.Conclusion:Female students of Beijing Medical University had higher mental health levels than Shanxi females,eren though they had higher scores in anxiety than the norm for young people.Thus,increased emphasis should focus on mental health education for female medical students.
