| 摘 要： | 目的观察独活挥发油的抗炎、镇痛的作用，为指导临床合理用药和开发新药提供科学依据。方法通过蛋清致大鼠足肿胀实验观察其抗炎作用；通过醋酸扭体法和小鼠热板法观察其镇痛效果。结果独活挥发油高、低剂量可显著抑制蛋清所致大鼠足肿胀，具有良好的抗炎作用；独活挥发油高剂量组可显著减少醋酸所致的小鼠扭体次数，镇痛率可达76．8％；独活挥发油对热板所致小鼠疼痛无明显抑制作用。结论独活挥发油具有明显的抗炎作用和镇痛作用。
